  1. Eye & Face Protection: Always wear ANSI Z87.1-approved eye protection. Steel BBs can ricochet when striking hard surfaces or targets.

  2. Safe Target Selection: Shoot only at approved targets backed by a proper pellet/BB trap. Never target glass, concrete, metal plates, or water surfaces.

  3. Trigger Guard & Safety Mechanics: Keep your finger off the trigger and outside the trigger guard until you are aligned on your target and ready to shoot.

  4. CO2 Handling & Storage:

    • Always remove the CO2$ cartridge when the pistol is not in use or being stored.

    • Never store CO2 cylinders in temperatures exceeding 120°F (49°C) or near direct heat sources.

    • Pierce and tighten capsules slowly to avoid cold-temperature seal damage.

  5. Muzzle Discipline: Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction at all times—even when unloading, clearing jams, or changing magazines.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by logging into your account on www.cynosuresports.com and in your order history cancel the respective order you want to cancel or the same can be done by sending an email to cynosuresports@gmail.com mentioning your order number in the email. Cancellation email received without the order number will not be attended.

If you cancel your order before it has shipped:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If you cancel your order after it has shipped:

Unfortunately the orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our facility, but can only be returned after the delivery. Depending on the products in your order, charges will be levied on all return requests.

While we understand that you may change your mind and may not need the product your ordered but once the order is shipped it has already undergone a cumbersome process which carries hefty charges, therefore, the shipping and return charges are non-refundable.
