To cancel your order with CYNOSURE SPORTS:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by logging into your account on www.cynosuresports.com and in your order history cancel the respective order you want to cancel or the same can be done by sending an email to cynosuresports@gmail.com mentioning your order number in the email. Cancellation email received without the order number will not be attended.
If you cancel your order before it has shipped:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If you cancel your order after it has shipped:
Unfortunately the orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our facility, but can only be returned after the delivery. Depending on the products in your order, charges will be levied on all return requests.
While we understand that you may change your mind and may not need the product your ordered but once the order is shipped it has already undergone a cumbersome process which carries hefty charges, therefore, the shipping and return charges are non-refundable.
